Family chalet with stunning views in quiet sunny villlage location
Traditionally built, 8 year old savoyard chalet located, at end of a quiet street 10 minutes walk from the centre of St Gervais.

Set back in a large sunny enclosed garden, the chalet is furnished to a high standard with a traditional fireplace, electric and underfloor heating and modern fitted appliances alongside a handcrafted kitchen.

There are fantastic views across the valley from the garden and the balcony at the front of the house. Up above the chalet you can directly access forest with trails for walks and summer picnics.

Below the chalet (5 minutes walk) is the the Tramway Mt Blanc station giving access to Mt Blanc and forest walks in the summer and the Les Houches ski area in the winter. The ski bus can also be taken from the tram station directly to the ski lift, in season, for access to Mt d'Arbois and the St Gervais/Megeve ski areas. A 10 minute walk will take you into the centre of St Gervais.
