• Grocery shopping ordered in advance of arrival for mid-week bookings on request.

• Please let us know in advance if you wish to use the Wifi facility so we can provide the password.

• ‘Showing around’ from local English resident available on request.

• Post ski massage booking available on request.


General Notes:

1. Please note that the Chalet in non-smoking and, regretfully, we cannot take pets.

2. A damage deposit of £500 is payable 14 days before commencing a booking and is reimbursable 14 days after holiday completion less any damages.

3. Two of the bedrooms can be made up as doubles or twins as needed. Duvets & pillows provided. Master double suitable as family room with 1 large double and 2 single beds.

4. One of the double/twin bedrooms is situated on the ground floor next to the separate WC and bath with shower. There is good access to the chalet through the front gates and doors and we expect that it would, therefore, be suitable for wheelchair access or for someone who did not want to climb stairs.

5. Baby sitting services can be booked on request. Local creche and child minding facilities available.

6. We ask that renters leave the property in a clean and tidy condition as found. If you feel you will be unable to do this, please book a clean of the property in advance. If the property is found to be in need to extensive cleaning on checkout, we reserve the right to take this cost from the damage deposit. This is because there is often a very short period between checkout of one client and arrival of another and therefore if there has to be unexpected cleaning it can delay the handover and inconvenience the clients arriving for the start of their holiday. A clean of the property, booked in advance, will cost around 100 Euros.
